Our company was established in year 2010 as a MOE HEIN SI MARINE SERVICES CO.,LTD. and later renamed WORLD TODAY MARINE SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED and latest renamed AZURITE STAR MARINE COMPANY LIMITED.It is a crewing and manning agency providing quality crew for various type of vessels world-wide. The executive of our service management team are fully experienced, qualified and dedicated to ensure our clients and ship owners. We offer solutions to the ship owners needs at competitive rates and continuously supply knowledge, skilled and trained seafarers at a reasonable cost to all ship owners with different nature of vessels calling at any major port world-wide. In this regards, we have gained trust and confidence from our clients and their preference of Myanmar seafarers have gained popularity among the shipping industry. Our Azurite Star Marine Co., Ltd is a company duly registered with the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration, Ministry of Planning and Finance, the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. As a crewing and manning agent, the company is engaged in recruiting well qualified, experienced, professional and skilled seafarers to international vessels.

Our manning company here in Yangon is formulating well to supply selected and professional crews of all grades from Officers to Ratings. We have the ability to think analytically and demonstrate sound judgement before deploying the crews on board.

Our vision is the employment of seafarers and contributing to the economy and meeting the expectation of the ship owners. Our company is now in accelerating position to supply crews for Dry Cargo Vessels, Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, Product Tankers, Crude Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers Vessels, all Offshore Vessels and Passenger Ships  to the World Wide Shipping companies.

Company Policy

The following policies are laid down in selecting officers and crew for our principals.

All candidates completed training courses offered by Dept of Marine Administration (D.M.A) for the respective position and ranks. All candidates, must possess genuine certificates. Seaman books are checked for sea time and experience on the type of vessels for that they are to be hired by principals. Completion of contract time, obedience to senior officers, good relationship with the following crews are a must.

Crew Selection System

Based upon the laid on policy of above, our team of experienced Master and engineer who have more than a decade of crew manning experiences, selected suitable candidates. We choose the best of our principals.

Documents and Certificates

Docs and Certificates are verified if they are genuine and comply with I.M.O and STCW 95 as amended and ISM Code. Docs and Certificates are to be Valid at least one year of the term of Contract.

All Types of Vessels

We have in our register, a good choice of licensed seafarers for Dry Cargo Vessels, Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, Product Tankers, Crude Oil Tankers, product tanker vessels, Offshore vessels, gas and chemical tankers. We also have seafarer with experience for reefer vessels, container vessels, passenger ships, fisheries  vessels. According to principals request and requirement, we can supply complete, partial or single crew from the rank of Mess-boy, ordinary seaman, to Master and Chief Engineers for all type of vessels.

Pre-Employment Medical Examination

Seafarers must have a medical clearance from medical centres accredited by Department of Marine Administration and through medical check up by company Doctor before joining ship.

Our Services and Our Intention

We are expanding our services of supplying suitable Crews for hotel, food and Beverage Department on Cruise Vessels. We will provide our principals, a long term man power pool of qualified officers, engineers crews and highly disciplined hotel, food and beverage Crews. We intend to create long lasting successful business relationship with foreign crew recruiting and manning companies. At the same time we will develop highly qualified Myanmar seafarers with respectable international standard of quality and professional skill.
